3D Printing Club, De Anza

De Anza 3D Printing Club is to provide hobbyists with an overview of 3D printing, beginner engineers with a place to learn 3D printing process and fundamental knowledge of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) with the opportunity of acquiring skills for future hobby and job applications.

Accounting Club

The purpose of the club is for all students who are interested in accounting. It provides students opportunities to build strong network, participate in various events, discuss accounting related topics, discover potential career path and meet other students with similar career objectives.

Active Minds at De Anza

At our chapter, we strive to create a safe space for our community to speak up about their struggles with mental health, in order to destigmatize mental health, and provide a safe space for students to speak openly about mental health in order to educate others and encourage help-seeking. We are dedicated to promoting the well-being of our students through education, research, and advocacy.

AerospaCS

The club is meant to cater to students interested in Aerospace and Computer Science fields. We want to organize speaker events and workshops targeted at resume building and internship opportunities. If you like space - let's talk about it!

Art Guild, De Anza

The Art Guild gives students an opportunity to practice art and receive critique outside of class. Special activities include; life drawing, workshops, meeting fellow artists on campus, and developing new techniques in other mediums.

Artificial Intelligence World (AIW)

The AI club is an exciting and engaging community of individuals interested in Artificial Intelligence. Our club is focused on promoting the understanding and application of AI platforms in everyday life and professional settings. We aim to provide a platform for students to explore and learn about AI through regular meetings, discussions, and demonstrations. Our club is open to anyone interested in the field of AI, regardless of their level of knowledge. We believe that AI is the future, and our club seeks to equip students with the necessary skills to succeed.

Ascend De Anza

Ascend is the largest global organization that empowers Pan-Asians with a network for advancement to increase Asian visibility in the workplace while shedding light on Asian adversity. Ascend De Anza, the first CC chapter of Ascend, will share Ascend's resources to aid students' development, professional-opportunity sourcing, and transferring goals.

Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) @ De Anza

ACM provides an environment for building tech and learning how to run them efficiently using scientific computing. Workshops will be hosted based on user interface, user research, and use experience design. Access to services hosted by the main organization will be provided here, such as the Distinguished Speakers Program.

Badminton Club, De Anza (DABC)

The purpose of the club is to introduce badminton to the students of De Anza College and to provide a place for people who are interested in badminton to challenge each other, and most of all, to have fun. DABC is the club made with loads of opportunities for all students in De Anza College who want to play badminton in their free time, meet new friends, and enjoy the environment of our club with full of joy.

Best Buddies at De Anza College

Best Buddies at De Anza College aims to promote social inclusion, integrated employment, leadership development, and inclusive opportunities for people with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities as a means of ensuring that our student body is whole and that all individuals - regardless of disabilities and/or impairments - have equal opportunities.

Black Student Union

At De Anza’s Black Student Union, we want a club that celebrates and connects black culture and history. In the club people will have a safe space to discuss race and politics, learn about human rights, learn about black culture, and plan events to give back to the community. Black Student Union is open to everyone, regardless of race, gender, or sexuality. This extracurricular group will also seek to become actively involved in the school district communitywhile enriching the college experience for club and non-club members alike.We hope future students will give us a chance and connect with students that have the same passion.

Book Club, De Anza

The book club provides a platform for all students who enjoy reading and writing. Students who are looking for romance, entertainment, peace, and knowledge in the book world will get together to make friends, exchange ideas, and improve reading skills. Through reading and sharing events, we can take a break from real life, immerse ourselves in the ocean of literature, and refresh our minds to deal with real life situations. Our Competitive Programming Club is dedicated to preparing members for programming competitions such as the ACM ICPC and NAIPC. Computer Assisted Science Club

The club aims to explore the possibility of the application of computer assisted technology in the field of science. This is an interdisciplinary club that includes biology, medicine, psychology, and computer science. We are trying to use computer assisted technology to help diagnose and improve some diseases.

The purpose of the club is to create a positive space for East African students who want a community; other students can also benefit because they can learn more about East African culture. As we all know, being new on campus can be scary, so having a community to fall back on is essential.

DA Game Development Club

The Game Developers Club is a club with a focus on the creation of video games. We bring together students of all different types of majors to collaborate on games, and to give students more experience in teamwork, organization, and leadership, all while fostering a sense of community among members with a shared passion for gaming and game creation.

Data Algorithm To Ace (DATA)

The purpose of the club is to guide students in understanding the different data structures and how to implement data algorithms in Java and C++. Students will use this knowledge of programming to succeed in their classes and solve real-world problems.

DECA

DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management in colleges around the globe. Joining DECA allows you to have business experience in creating projects, improvising roles and networking internationally.

Developers' Guild

The Developers Guild aims to explore Computer Science through hands-on experience. As a guild we strive to become involved with the Silicon Valley community to connect with all the opportunities around us. We are a club that focuses on environmental monitoring. De Anza International Students Connection (ISC) is a community of International Students coming together as a family, a home away from home for the next couple of years before transferring to another university. Japanese Student Association (JSA), De Anza

This club aims to connect students who are interested in Japanese culture with students having cultural background related to Japan. In addition, we are thinking that sharing Japanese culture to students through holding events is also important to our mission. Robotics and A.I. Club (RAI)

The aim of this club is to form a community of individuals who are interested and passionate about robotics and artificial intelligence. We will be learning and exploring the world ofrobotics and artificial intelligence collectively as a team. Together, we will implement things that we have learned and build robots and A.I models. We will develop as a team and participate in robotics competitions and events such as, but not limited to, ROBOFEST. RAI officers will be finding guest speakers to host speaker events. We will try to collaborate with other schools and clubs to advance our knowledge and skills further.

Shotokan Karate Club

Practices and promotes the Japanese martial art of Shotokan Karate. We are involved in tournaments, demonstrations, workshops and social activities.

Soccer Association, De Anza

The De Anza Soccer Association is a community where students can learn and play the game of soccer together in a friendly and supportive community. Our club aims to provide an opportunity for students to discover and cultivate their love for soccer but also to have fun and form meaningful relationships with each other.

Our club is for students who are currently enrolled in the De Anza Nursing Program. This club aims to inform, guide and support nursing students.

The purpose of the club is to provide insight on the student-athlete experience. The SAAC offers input on the activities, program services, and policies that affect student-athletes. Input of the SAAC will be requested on various issues and topics as initiated by the Dean of Physical Education & Athletics or designee.

Taiwanese Student Association

To unite students from Taiwan, help out students who just arrived, provide information and help on learning, about De Anza, and collects housing information, job opportunities. Further, introduce Taiwanese culture to other diversities.

Turkish Student Association @ De Anza

The Turkish Student Association @ De Anza is a club that nurtures a familiar and accepting environment for the Turkish and Turkic students at De Anza College, allowing them to freely practice their cultures and promote diversity by sharing these cultures, languages and traditions.

Ukrainian Student Association

The club aims to promote Ukrainian culture, create a safe space for Ukrainians to join together in a community, and for other students to join in and learn about Ukraine. We will also discuss events in Ukraine and share opportunities to help Ukrainians.

Ultimate Frisbee, De Anza

The purpose of the club is to act as a platform for people who are interested and love the sport to come together and play, to spread the knowledge and joy of Ultimate Frisbee, and to have fun overall.

UNICEF De Anza

Join UNICEF at De Anza College and make a global impact! Collaborate with passionate individuals to support children's rights, health, and education worldwide. Vietnamese Student Association (VSA)

Web Developers, De Anza

Our aim is to equip students with the skills of creating a website, which includes having an understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Club projects include hands-on experience with designing websites, as well as integrating knowledge from other disciplinaries into the contents of the websites.

Women in Business

Women in Business engages and empowers women to be strong leaders in the business sector and equips students with business related knowledge and skills. Our goal is to create a welcoming community to empower each other within the field of business through workshops, conferences, speakers, and many other events.

Women in Computer Science encourages the involvement of women students who studies computer science or engineering majors in De Anza. Members will form projects, attend conferences, discuss computer science related topics.
