Appointment SchedulingEnrolled students can take advantage of a scheduled session (appointment) with a counselor or advisor during fall, winter, and spring quarters. Beginning in the second week of the fall and in the first week of the winter and spring quarters, appointments can be scheduled by calling (408) 864-5400 during times noted above or in the Counseling Center. There is no appointment scheduling during summer quarter.

Walk-in Counseling/AdvisingStudents should bring transcripts, placement test results, and a list of courses for registration. Sessions typically are 15-30 minutes.

Financial Aid ExtensionVisit the Financial Aid office before scheduling an appointment or a walk-in session. Specific dates during the quarter are available.

Veteran Educational PlanVisit the college veteran representative before scheduling an appointment or a walk-in session. Specific dates during the quarter are available.

Personal and Crisis Counseling ServiceLimited session are available until a referral can be made. We will make every effort to help students in crisis so they can begin the healing process and support needed to make the next step in dealing with a crisis situation.
