Buy a Parking Permit

The Parking Place

Welcome to De Anza's virtual parking lot—your first stop for the latest parking and alternative transportation information. You need a permit to park on campus. Find out how to get a permit if you didn't purchase one when you registered for classes.

Pictured right: The new Stelling Parking Structure in Parking Lot C has plenty of spaces.

New Campus Entry and Exit Routes Near Flint Center
Improvements for traffic flow around the Flint Parking Structure, including several one-way entrance and exit route changes, were completed during the holiday break just in time for winter quarter. See the directional map for details of the newly completed routes.

Effective winter quarter 2007, student parking decals ordered and paid for online are subject to a small shipping and handling fee ($2.50-$6.00).  Upon completion of the online purchase, a printable receipt will be available. You will also receive a purchase confirmation via e-mail or text message. An interim permit will be immediately available for all paid orders. The interim permit (good for 10 calendar days from date of purchase) is for temporary display until your decal arrives in the mail. All decals are mailed to the address specified on the order.

In-person payments are still accepted at the cashier's counter in the Student and Community Services Building. There is no shipping and handling fee if you purchase your permit in person.  Students MUST pre-order the decal online before any payment will be accepted at the cashier's counter. Student parking decals are available through the online registration system (My De Anza) when you register for classes.

Get Your Own Reserved Parking Space
In the Flint Parking Structure, there are 15 designated spaces for students and 15 spaces for faculty and staff. There are 50 spaces in Parking Lot A for student car pools. To participate, you'll need to apply for a car pool permit. Download your application here:

Note: To view PDF files, the free Adobe Reader must be installed on your computer.

Need help forming a car pool?
Just go to eRideShare.com. Both of these sites make it a cinch for students, staff and faculty to post their transportation needs. You can ask for a ride or offer a ride.

Don't have a car?
Take public transportation. The Valley Transportation Authority Web site has schedules, maps and fares.
