Concentrated investigation of an influential film artist, studio, national cinema, genre, movement or historical period. The topic studied is different for each section of this course and may include Bay Area film festivals or events (see course note in quarterly schedule of classes).

F/TV-78X.-01Z: Fully ONLINE. This class is offered only once a year. This class will have a focus on speakers who are working screenwriters. This class meets each week on scheduled days and times as noted in the class listing. Students must have access to a computer, the internet and an individual email address. We recommend a laptop or desktop computer to successfully complete the course; a tablet or phone may not be adequate for all assignments and tests.
