Grocery Gift Cards
Grocery e-gift cards are available while supplies last to eligible full time (enrolled in 12 units or more) who are currently registered at De Anza. Please answer all questions completely and correctly, and review the notes listed below the application form. Please do not submit more than one application.
Please note that we have reached the maximum number of applicants for this distribution period. Please apply for our next distribution Monday November 18.
Important Notes
- You must complete and submit the Grocery Gift Card application (apply for every single distribution application) form before you can receive a card. The card will be emailed to you after you complete your rules agreement and submit your application for that distribution date.
- Please provide your full name and the email address you currently have on your student records.
- These gift cards are to be used for food only.
- Students who maintain eligibility are limited to one request every 2 weeks, for distribution on designated distribution dates. (See the Food Pantry webpage for a list of dates). Do not submit multiple requests. Duplicate requests will not be considered.
- When describing your current needs, please include any information about resources
you are currently accessing, or any extenuating circumstances such as loss of employment.
- We ask for this information so we can understand the circumstances that De Anza students are currently facing.
