Through OTI, students are provided career and academic advisement and counseling, one-stop priority registration, accessible staff, industry expertise, and access. If not, please contact OTI's employment and training advisor at (408) 864-8869. The OTI Master List contains certificate programs from Accounting to Biotechnology to Pro Engineer. It is intended to guide prospective students in their choice of training programs. We welcome your inquiries, and will be pleased to arrange a visit and tour of Foothill or De Anza College. We can also arrange for you to meet with a member of the department responsible for information about the program that you choose.
